Proposal
It is proposed to amend section 4 (a) of the ICCF Playing Rules Server by removing the word “NOT”.
The rule should state that “Conditional moves are allowed in webserver games”
Rationale
This is blatantly wrong as worded and needs to be corrected.

Voting Summary
- A vote of Yes will mean that conditional moves are allowed in webserver games.
- A vote of No will mean that conditional moves are not allowed in webserver games.
- A vote of ABSTAIN is not a vote but means the vote holder has no opinion and does not wish to represent the correspondence chess players of his or her federation in this matter.
